House of Frames
Year: 2022
In Collaboration with Amir Graviani
The 60-Frame project is on a 200-square-meter site in the north of Iran. With a construction allowance of 130 square meters, the decision was made to design the courtyard wall as tall as the main building, incorporating apertures. From the outside, the project is perceived as a single main whole: one part is solid, containing the house, while the courtyard part is a surface, containing the courtyard. The house has 30 windows that frame views both from outside and inside, together creating a visual layering system that connects the spaces.
